Deepika Padukone played Mastani in the movie and Priyanka Chopra played Kashibhai in the movie. BM has been directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and he composed the music for the movie.
The movie released in more than 6000 screens and the movie collected Rs 12.80 crores. The film received average word of mouth all over but the collections have been stable all over even on weekdays. The flick collected Rs 120.45 crores in the first 10 days taking the advantage of holiday season.
