Diya Aur Baati Hum : The 22nd September episode starts with the suspense of Sandhya and Shekhar conversation. Shekhar tells Sandhya, as she is from the Pushkar police the bomb will fall on Pushkar itself as a revenge to Sandhya, Pushkar is the place where the family of Sandhya resides. The bomb will be a punishment for Sandhya.
Shekhar tells commander “There is only one fallout in our plan who is Sagarika, she may be told about our plan”, there is just one way to ensure the proper success of our plan, this laser pen, we will send wrong info to her staff that attack will be on 15th October instead 2nd October. He sends the wrong date by the laser pen to Sagarika. Commander smiles and says great, now they will can’t do anything against us.
Sajni who is worrying about Sagarika calls the commander and says we should do something for Sagarika, she saved my son, she is Lord for me and blesses Sagarika. Commander says that he will come home and talk about it. He does not end the call. He asks Shekhar to keep an eye on Sagarika, that’s IPS Sandhya Rathi, beat her, torture her as she went against Garjana and tried to go against him. Sajni who was on the call heard all this. Sajni knows the fact that Sagarika have saved Chote Lal, she got empathy for her. Then the Commander talks about killing Sandhya after 2nd October. Sajni gets shocked hearing everything on the phone.
Commander states that they will celebrate after ruining the country and bombing Pushkar, He asked to do arrangements for sweets, music and folk. It’s morning, Bharat is on the way. He gets a call and stops the car. The undercover officer informs him that Sandhya is safe, she has sent the message that Garjana changed the date of bombing to 15th october. Bharat thanks him for giving the information.
Sooraj lands in Anantpur in search of Sandhya. He gets a call from Bhabho after landing Anantpur. Bhabho asks is he fine, where did he go. He says I m fine. She says she is worried, he has gone to find Sandhya by the incomplete pic. He says Sandhya is alive, I know her eyes, trust your son’s belief, give me few days time. He asks for her blessings and says he will come home with Sandhya.
Now the story twists, Bhabho tells Babasa that Sooraj is again going to give Agnipariksha and he has landed to Anantapur. Liama who listened to this cries. Lokesh tells her that Sooraj has gone to save his love, and you did not say anything. He says just your happiness matters to me. Sooraj asks about wedding hall. The man says oh, that where jewelry was looted. He tells the directions and asks whom will he meet. Sooraj says Amar Singh, the security guy.

Bharat receives a call and stops the car. The man on call tells him about Amar Singh is giving info to everyone about wedding hall and the plunder. Bharat says we have to prevent him from giving info to anyone, as it will be the predicament for our mission, I m on the way. He thinks I have to stop that guard from giving information to anyone. Sooraj is also on the way. Sandhya was locked with wires over a deep pit. She gets hurt as her move makes her get wounded by the sharp ends of the metal wires. She recalls Shekhar’s words. She thinks to do something that others get helpless to accompany her out of this, She pulls the metal chain. She makes the fire stick fall inside. “Jai hanuman ” She gets the fire stick and lights the metal poles successfully.
She shouts for help after fire lightened up, The men see the fire and say we have to keep her alive till our mission, else Shekhar (Head) will kill us. They bring Sandhya out of the pit and rest her. She beats the men and shoots all of them. She frees the chain and runs from the pit room. Shekhar, commander and others come there and see Sandhya was away. Shekhar asks his men to find her. Sandhya thinks Garjana is 10-12 km away and she can run that. Shekhar asks the men to the activate mines of the outer ring so that Sandhya steps on it and dies and could not escape. Commander laughs claiming the fate of Sandhya is to die whether she makes it or not. Bharat thinks to stop Amar Singh, the guard to stop Sandhya. Bharat’s car breaks down. Unfortunately, Bharat does not see Sooraj passing by on the bike with someone. He calls someone for help.
Sandhya spotted the mines and understand that she can’t go out from here, she has to hide in the jungle to escape. She sees the metal electric wires across the trees. Meanwhile Shekhar says Sandhya is skillful, if she gets to know about mines, she will hide in the bush, we will find her easily. Sooraj asks Amar (Guard) about the news and shows Sandhya’s pic. Amar says that woman hold trained, I thought she will kill me, but she did pity on me and did not execute me. Bharat reaches there and gets shocked seeing Sooraj.Bharat was now thinking that isn’t Sooraj came to know the truth
