When the host Anupam Kher asked Paresh from where he gets his willingness, potential, determination, and inspiration to work and get into the shoes of every character he plays, then he replied that he looks up to his contemporary actor Naseeruddin Shah.
Rawal shared his attraction towards the film industry – like at what age and how interest sculpted in him towards it. He told that he started going to the nearby Navin Baithak Auditorium whenever drama competition used to happen. At the age of 9, he was once caught inside the hall without ticket but surprisingly the owner didn’t ask him for money rather gave permission to come at any time without ticket in the future. That one day changed his life for forever and he made his first appearance on the stage at the age of 14.
Anupam further asked Paresh whom he do like watching or finds interesting out of the newcomers and new faces of the Bollywood region. To this, he said that Ranbir Kapoor, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and Rajkumar Rao and some others have impressed him with their acting abilities.

He fully told his love towards photography and related skills. He narrated the story of his first camera which he bought for Rs. 2750 and started taking professional photos to sell in order to get money.
