Story / Plot:-

Kalyan, essayed by Nitin, is a happy man who loves Kavya (Yami Gautam). He takes up a job of a courier boy and visits her office several times a day in order to impress her.

The twist in the story begins when Kalyan has to deliver a parcel connected to a huge conspiracy which involves a group of doctors. Later on, it takes an ugly turn when mobs / gangsters start following Kalyan for the parcel.

Several questions arise – what’s in the parcel? what’s the conspiracy? how does he manage to fight and get out of the situation? This is what film is about.

Plus Points:-

As earlier stated, it is the remake of ‘Premium Rush’ and also has been released in Tamil as Tamilselvum Thaniyar Anjalum.

The plot and presentation is just OK. Nitin and Yami have done a decent job in the film although Yami didn’t has much time on the screen. The role of a courier doesn’t require which Nitin has carried out with ease. Good chemistry between Nitin and Yami and some good romantic scenes were there.

Ashutosh Rana has been a plain corrupt doctor without much of acting. Introduction of some twists is good which paves the way for another half.

Minus Points:-

The songs of the movie could have been better. As of now, the tracks are a huge disturbance although they shot well. It looks like this is a commercially made film.

The climax is carried away very fast. It could have been a little more lengthier. The drama introduced by the director to make it more thrilling has actually detracted the proceedings.

Technical Aspects:-

Karthik and Anup Rubens has done a good job in crafting music for it, but the tracks haven’t been used at correct places. Background score is very well placed. Screenplay for the first half is just OK but troubled at near climax. Editing is not up to the mark.

Prem Sai being a debutant director is fine at his place. However, the lack of experience is revealed. Although he chose a good subject but falls prey to the commercialisation which spoils the mood several times.

Verdict:-

Adding up of commercial factors have reduced the engagement of the film else it would be a more engaging, interesting, and thriller film. Overall, the film is just OK to watch. It is only a one-time watch.
