Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi 4th February 2016: Ishaani comes out just as Ranveer arrives. Ranveer watches her in green saree. She tries to ignore her and Ranveer asks her if she was sad because today is their anniversary and both of them aren’t together. Ishaani turns to leave but Ranveer stops her holding her hand and asks her not to hide her face as she cries. He says that he is that old Ranveer and she can share with him anything as she used too and keeps her hand on his heart. (see: All Episodes of MATSH.)
Ishaani runs towards the forest when Ranveer ask her to tell the truth. Suddenly she screams as she encountered a snake. Snake bites her over her neck. Ranveer rushes to her and sucks back the venom from the bite. All the family hears Ranveer screaming and hurries towards him. Nurbhay and Ishaani reach first to find Ranveer intimate with Ishaani and then Naina, Aarti and Maa also come there.

Pratik somehow spots the snake got what has happened. He thanks God for Ranveer presence there and Ranveer says that he has sucked out all the blood from her body. Nurbhay takes her home and Ishaani tells Ranveer to take med as she is taken away.
Naina making hustle bustle in rage in her room. Ritika comes and calms her down. She suggests her to take the med to Ranveer and hands her over the medicine. She tells her that Ranveer would fell giddy and she could make him hers. Naina smirks and takes the bottle and leaves to make Ranveer hers.
Naina asks Ranveer if he was fine. Naina says she has brought a medicine like an antidote for the venom he sucked. Ranveer says that he should take care of himself. Naina says YES. Ranveer unwillingly takes med from Naina and says he won’t take it. But Naina insist, swears him of Ishaani and makes him swallow it.
Ishaani in her room lost in concern about Ranveer as he saved her. Nurbhay taunts her that she would be much happy after what she did with Ranveer and that he has never seen such a loose character girl in his life.
Ishaani says how fickle minded he is but Nurbhay shouts saying that he understands everything and drags her out of the room while she resists the same. Pratik reaches there and asks what is happening. Seeing Pratik Nurbhay immediately hugs Ishaani. He asks Pratik the reason of his visit. Pratik says he has brought me for Ishaani as she bitten by a snake. Pratik suggests her to take some rest.

She looks at watch and thinks that her med would have played its role by now. Ranveer started feeling dizzy wondering what is happening to him. Pratik comes there upset and Ranveer asks him about Ishaani. Pratik tells her how Nurbhay cooked up a story on seeing him. Ranveer thinks that he must do something as the problem is quite big.
