PRDP is out and a family entertainer that has been directed by Sooraj R Barjatiya. Salman played a dual role in the film as Vijay Singh and Prem Dilwale which impressed the audience completely.

The movie released in more than 5600 screens across the world on November 12^th on the eve of Diwali. This is the biggest release ever for any Indian film and it released in more than 1100 screens in overseas. The movie opened to huge reports all over and with packed houses across the world.

The movie collected Rs 40.35 crores which are the highest among Salman’s films till date. With the huge opening on the holiday and PRDP managed to collect Rs 31.05 crores on its second day.

The movie received mixed response/reviews from the audience and the family movie lovers have been completely satisfied with the movie as the second half of the film has been quite slow in pace.

The movie collected Rs 30.07 crores on its third day and PRDP collection made Rs 28.30 crores on its fourth day. PRDP collected Rs 129.77 crores on its opening weekend in India. The movie grossed Rs 250 crores worldwide in its first weekend which is huge for any Indian film.

The movie witnessed huge dip in the collections during the weekdays and on its fifth day (Monday) the movie collected Rs 13.62 crores. The movie even dipped further and collected Rs 11.4 crores on PRDP 6th day making the total Rs 154.79 crores.
