Ramya Krishna To Lead In Krishna Vamsi’s ‘Rudraksha’: Yesteryear actress RamyaKrishna scored massive hits and she worked with all the leading actors of the yesterday’s generation. Ramya impressed the audience in glamorous roles along with roles which elevated her performance. She has been the first consideration when it came to performance oriented films. After many young actresses making their entry, she fell short of offers after which she faded away.

After some gap, she has been roped in to play a crucial role in SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus Baahubali. She played Sivagami in the film which is quite important for the film. Rajamouli believed that Ramya Krishnan is the only choice for the role and her performance in the film after the release received rave reviews. She impressed everyone as Sivagami and Prabhas, Rana, Anushka, Tamannah played the lead roles.
Baahubali: The Beginning ended as the biggest hit in the history of Telugu cinema and the film collected Rs 600 crores across the world. MM Keeravani composed the music and Arka Media Works produced the film. She is currently shooting for the second instalment of the film which has been titled as Baahubali: The Conclusion.
She then teamed up with Nagarjuna in Soggade Chinni Nayana which is said to be a romantic entertainer. Kalyan Krishna made his debut as director for the film and Ramya Krishna, Lavanya Tripathi are the heroines. Ramya Krishna’s performance has been widely praised by the audience all over.
Soggade Chinni Nayana released for Sankranthi all over and the movie ended as the biggest hit of the season. Nagarjuna produced the flick on his own banner Annapurna Studios banner. After scoring back to back hits, she is now gearing up for release for her next upcoming film.

The movie is said to be a horror thriller and it will have space for five female leads along with five male leads. The script work of the film has been wrapped up recently and the makers are finalizing the cast.
Anushka Shetty and Samantha are finalized to play the leads among the five and Ramya Krishna too has been signed for one of the female lead as per the sources. The regular shoot of Rudhraksha will start from the last week of February and Dil Raju, Prakash Raj will produce the movie which will be shot simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil languages.
