The complete movie has been shot in Mumbai Film City and Sanam Teri Kasam has been made on a budget of Rs 9 crores excluding the remunerations and the promotions. Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru worked on the script for a long time and they even fine-tuned the script before they started the shoot.
