Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu brought the highest TRPs for a tv in the television channel history and he was quite delighted with the response of the show. Young and aspiring director Kalyan Krishna Kurasala narrated a script to Nagarjuna which impressed him completely. The movie has been titled as SoggadeChinniNayana which is said to be a village entertainer.

Anup Rubens composed the music and the audio of the film has been a stupendous hit before the release. Annapurna Studios produced the film and the trailer of the movie has been a huge hit.

The flick released during Sankranthi and the movie surprised everyone with its universal content. The film entertained all the sections of audience and it emerged as the biggest hit of Nagarjuna to date. The film minted Rs 40 crores in just two weeks which is huge and the film has been made on a budget of Rs 12 crores.
Nagarjuna’s performance has been widely praised all over. The movie collected Rs 46.6 crores in 19 days of its box-office run across the world. Nagarjuna has been completely satisfied with the movie’s result and he is busy with the sequel of the film. Kalyan Krishna is working on the script and the regular shoot will start during the second half of the year.
