He has teamed up with Ranbir Kapoor for Rockstar which ended receiving many awards along with collecting decent money.
He has now teamed up with Ranbir for the second time and the movie has been titled as Tamasha. The movie featured Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles which is said to be a romantic entertainer. The movie released all over between huge expectations on last Friday.
Ranbir Kapoor has been struggling for a hit as his recent flicks ended as debacles at the box-office. His recent films Roy and Bombay Velvet have been surprising flops though he performed to the peaks.

Ranbir pinned huge hopes on latest film as he wanted to bounce back to success league with the movie. The romantic entertainer released in nearly 3000 screens all over the world. Ranbir Kapoor’s stupendous performance along with the Deepika’s performance along with their hot chemistry is said to be the major highlight of the movie.
The flick opened to packed houses and it has received mixed reviews all over. The movie has done exceptionally well at the multiplexes and the movie collected Rs 10.94 crores on its first day which is the biggest opener for Ranbir Kapoor in the recent times.

Tamasha collected Rs 14.2 crores making the total weekend collection to Rs 38.23 crores. After a fabulous weekend, the movie has been decent on Monday and the movie minted Rs 5.07 crores.
Tamasha collected Rs 43.30 crores in the first four days which has been fabulous. Despite of the poor mouth talk, the movie managed to do well and is expected to end up decent.
