The episode begins with Mrs. Bhalla scolding Shagun. Raman and Ishita hear her out and Ishita too joins her. Raman tries to stop, But the all the scoldings made Shagun very angry and she says that she has risked her entire future for this baby and you are throwing me out. Fine, I will leave this country and raise this kid and my son. Manoj has the surrogacy papers and you all won’t even be able to see this baby. You will not even have a proof to take this baby away from me. I thought of giving this baby to Ishita as she saves her kids, Ruhi and Adi from the Earthquake, but she says Ishita doesn’t deserve this. She concludes that even Ruhi and Adi will also return to her and leaves.

Ishita too leaves rolling her tears. Ishita then gets video message in which Shagun says that she is leaving to some country and she is right now in the airport. She bids them farewell saying, this is now my baby. ishita asks Raman and Abhishek to find Shagun. Abhishek finds Shagun and stops her saying her to come with him. SHe says yes, but runs away from him to the terrace, Ishita stops her as she is carrying the baby and apologises to her. But Shgaun doesn’t accept her sorry and says that you are only doing this for the baby and jumps from there. Ishita is shocked and Abhishek asks her to come down. They both come down and are shocked to see SHagun lying unconscious. Abhishek checks her pulse and says that Shagun is dead.
Raman holds her in his hands and Ishita cries saying that they all have killed her with their words and she is also responsible for it. Abhishke asks Mihir to Raman away as he has to take Shagun’s body for postmortem/ He even asks the guard to note the time of death as 1:15. Raman goes home and Mrs. Bhalla asks had about Shagun. She even says that Shagun will nevergive them peace. he shouts at her saying Shagun is dead along with baby and now I can’t see my baby. Ishita also tells Amma that she tried to stop her from jumping off the cliff, but she was unable to stop her. Ishita says what will she tell Ruhi and Adi. How can I say the truth? Raman leaves the place and goes to Manoj.
Yeh Hai Mohabbatein 16th October 2015Manoj says to Raman that he is leaving this place nad is now ready to stay at a new place with Shagun and asks about Shagun looking at the blood on his shirt. Raman doesn’t reply. Manoj now fears that something has happened and asks him continuously about what had happened to Shagun. He repeatedly asks Raman about Shagun. Raman says that there’s no more Shagun. She is dead now. Manoj is collapsed and he says that she has left me because of all this insults.
During the night, Ishita wakes up randomly and asks who is there. A flower vase falls near the window and she picks it up and sees that the clock is 1:15. Ishita wonders on how the clock might have stopped at exactly at 1:15. She has changed the battery just a day before.She recalls Abhishek saying 1:15 as the time fo death.
