The episode begins with Ishita took inside the jail and she sees jailer and all the prisoners. Jailer asks her name and Ishita says it. They check her height and weight and asks them to check her if she is carrying any weapons or not and they touch Ishita’s pallu and she stops them and they say rules are for everyone and says she says she will remove it herself and cries. Vandu wakes up thinking how did she sleep so much. The rich lady comes with her son to Vandu and Vandu defends herself saying she didn’t anything a Student’s son curses her for doing that to her son.

Vanu panics. Ishita is asked to remove all jewelry and even the mangal sutra. Ishita says I can’t remove this one and they force her to. Abhishek asks Raman why did he call and Raman asks him to allow him to meet Ishita once. Abhishek says Jailer Sandhya is strict and Raman requests and he calls her and gets him permission. Ishita goes inside and sees Ishita in jailer clothes and is shocked.
They both hold hands and she cries and says I didn’t know how he died, I just held the knife which he holding to stab Pallavi. I don’t even know how his body was burnt? Raman asks her to trust him and says he will get her from there asap. Jailer asks him to leave as his time is up. He leaves crying.
Yeh Hai Mohabbatein 3rd February 2016Vandu worries and thinks about the lady’s words and even thinks to go for a suicide and says she did not do anything. She panics and shuts the door and sees the student on the bed with injuries and the mother too appears and they both suddenly disappear. She feels more traumatized and thinks what’s happening to her and looks for medicines and all the items around her fall and she gets Brandy in her hand and drinks it and falls on the bed.
Raman asks a lawyer, where is Pathak and he says he left as he is not feeling well. He asks the lawyer to bring Ishita out right now and the lawyer says we can only get her in the morning. Raman says will you do it or not, I have many sources. he says I want my Ishita to be with me right now and the lawyer says I will do something and asks him to wait.
Yeh Hai Mohabbatein 3rd February 2016Raman waits for Ishita and sees lawyer coming to him and saying I got an appointment with the judge, heard that he is a good man and let’s hope Ishita gets a bail. Amma cries and Romi pacifies her and Mrs. Bhall asks how can they arrest her, she fought with terrorists too. They cry.
Mr. Bhalla says there is always a way out and takes Mrs. Bhalla away and Appa pacifies Amma and takes her away and Romi asks Raman to stay with Ruhi as she is alone in her room. Raman goes to Ruhi and sees her holding the family pic and holds her and says sorry as he couldn’t bring Ishita and promises her that Ishita will be out. He hugs her and cries.
