The episode begins with Ishita asking all of them to leave. Mrs. Bhalla and Vandu asks Ishita what are you doing? Are you eating chicken? Vandu collapses in tears and asks her how can she do it? Mrs. Bhalla says that Ishita is not in her senses and it was Shagun who used to eat chicken. Suddenly Ishita becomes normal and shouts. Raman and everyone rush to her and she shouts seeing chicken bones on her bed. She asks, Did she eat the? Raman says not to worry and hugs her. She tries to vomit and asks everyone to leave. Raman tries to cool her.

Mrs. Bhalla says that medicines have no effect on Ishita. We have to make Ishita defeat Shagun. Vandu says I will take the kids as it is risky here. Bala says Raman is also tired. Raman goes to Ishita’s room and asks her to open it. She changes and opens it. He hugs her and cries. (see: All Ye Hai Mohabatein episodes.)
The next morning, Raman rushes to Prateek and asks him to drive Shagun away. Prateek asks him to tell what all happened between him, Ishita and Shagun. Raman agrees and asks him to bring her back. Manoj comes to Bhalla house and Sarika says that Raman isn’t home. Manoj says I know that Ishita is behaving like Shagun. I can help her. Prateek listens to him and says Dr. Manoj can help her out.
Ruhi goes to school and kids ask her about her parents. Teacher asks her a question and Ruhi doesn’t answer. Teacher asks her to get their parents signature. Raman asks them to come inside. Ishita says she missed them so much. Ishita apologises to Mrs Bhalla for her behaviour. Manoj greets them and Prateek too comes inside. Manoj sees Ishita normal and says he has come to take a look at her.
Manoj says that Ishita looked normal today. Prateek says that now only Shagun can answer this question, when she actually enters Ishita’s body? Shravan asks her to think about good things. Ruhi says when will Ishu Maa become normal. They are at Iyer house and kids ask again about the ghost in Ishita. She gets up to leave and a gun falls from her bag. They inform Raman about Gun and he rushes to the school. The principal gives a warning to Raman and he says it’s not our gun. Abhishek too comes there and checks the gun. He says that it was the same one, which I have seen that day. Abhishek says that someone in your family did this intentionally and Raman says are you sure?

This serial was a absolute different one that Ms. Ekta Kapoor made though as usual two marriages in all her serials. But ghost in side Ishita is now becoming boring so something new is expected for viewers like us. If this way it continues I shita will lose her popularity.
