The episode begins with Ashok entering Ishita’s room and looks scared. Shagun in SIhita comes and talks to Ashok and says I have been waiting for you and holds his hand and says I am here to finish the unfinished business during the lunch where I died. Ashok says, so you are Shagun and I only knew what we talked that day.Ashok looks happy and asks her a favor and she says, I always say yes to you. He will keep the black thread to himself instead of tieing it to Ishita. He asks her to stay in Ishita and not leave her body and comes out of the room. Raman asks him whether he tried the black thread other or not. Ashok says he has tried the black thread and Ishita will be back in no time. Raman hugs and thanks him. Ashok leaves and Prateek says now Ishita will be in the normal state.

The next morning, Ishita behaves normal and Raman hugs her and he get hurt. Ishta does some first aid for his hand and kisses his hand. Raman asks her to kiss him on his cheek and they blush and Yeh Hai Mohabbatein plays. Raman calls Prateek and says Ishant is back to normal. Prateek says I would like to see her once and Sammi gets her. Prateek says Raman said that you are a good dentist, So I have a request to you and asks her to give him a treatment.
Ishita asks him to take an appointment at her’s clinic and she will looking for him. Prateek sys she is back. Mrs. Bhalla rushes to Amma’s place to tell her. Mrs. Bhalla says that we will celebrate Diwali together as Ishita is back to her normal state. Amma and Mrs. Bhalla argue like old times and Ishita, Bala stop them and they laugh and say they are just joking. Amma looks glad and Bala tells Ishita about the crackers which were bought by Vandu for kids.Sarika gets the kids and Ishita thanks him for that and she gets thinking about something. Yeh Hai Mohabbatein 6th November 2015Ishita looks at the crackers and Sarika looks worried with Ishita’s behavior. She evens asks Ishita about it and Ishita says that she was looking at crackers as they might help ful to kids. Ishita goes to Amma’s place and Vandu asks he to wait as Amma is out. Vandu makes her a coffee and Ishita asks her about Suraj and her being together. Vandu says about the whole issue and counts.
Vandu leaves to get some water and Ishitaa writes something on the paper and hides it in a file. Vandu leaves as she got late. Ashok comes home and asks Suraj to enjoy the party. Suraj says that he has to get good marks this time and clear off my P.G course. Ashok asks Suraj to get ready as they have oaatend the party.Ashok gets the note and feels elighted as Ravali gave him.
