Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 22nd October 2016: Kartik refused to help Naira. He said that they should hire a consultant. Naitik agreed and said that Kartik already had a lot of work. Kartik said yes and stated that he could not work. Naira asked him as for why he did not want to do her job.
He said that he was not an expert. She asked him if there was any other reason as well. Naira asked him if he was taking revenge because she denied his proposal. Everyone looked on. Kartik said that she shouted at him and he would not work as he was not an expert. Naira left.

Rajshri asked Kartik not to feel sorry for Naira’s words. He’s gone from there saying that he was alright. Gayu went to Naira. Gayu asked Naira about her problem as for why she talked like that with Kartik. Naira stated that he was a friend and fight happened.

Gayu said that friends never fought in front of everyone. She asked her to tell her, but Naira left saying that she would handle her matters. Kuhu stated that Naira would get alright until morning. They all talked.
Everyone was surprised to see Nunnu back. Nunnu was dressed as ram. Kaki hugged him and Shaurya said that it was a surprise for all of them. Nunnu thanked them for getting him rid of the drug addiction. Nunnu asked everyone to forgive him. dadi hugged him and said that it was important to kill the Ravan within them. Mishti came there and asked about Kartik. Nunnu burned Raavan and everyone clapped.
Mishti messaged Kartik. Kartik asked her to be bold as she was a brave girl. She said that his heart was broken too by Naira. He stated that he was feeling bad that she was leaving. He then told her that hostel life was good. He then asked her to sleep. Akshara heard her and cried as she saw Mishti crying.
Naira said that she would talk to Karishma. Mishti asked her not to as she was upset. Karishma said that she was doing that for her bright future only. They acted to make Karishma understand that she should not punish Mishti for whatever happened. Akshara came and hugged Mishti and said that she was not going anywhere.
Naitik asked Naira and Gayu to get ready to go to the office. They had to discuss some important things. He told Akshara that Kartik would be there too. Akshara asked him to talk to Kartik and take care. He kissed her and said that he would come soon. He smiled and left.
Kartik was at the office, and he got Mishti’s message that she was not going anywhere. He smiled and thanked the lord for giving him Mishti back. Naira came to office and saw Kartik.
