Hero 1st Weekend Collection: 3rd Day (Sunday) Box Office Makes A Decent Income

Hero 1st Weekend Collection – Hero 3rd Day (Sunday) Box Office and Occupancy Report: The latest release of the Salman Khan production starring Athiya Shetty and Sooraj Pancholi – the duo debutants has been faring steady and well throughout the first three days.

The critics gave it mixed reviews and left it on its own fate and on the audiences. The word of mouth will run its business now.  Well, on Friday, it earned Rs. 6.75 crore as the opening collections which is a very good business by the film of new-comers.

On the second day, Hero earned approximately the same amount of money. It collected about Rs. 6.62 crore as it fared well on Saturday too. The main reason due to which the film is getting good response at the box office is the promotional work done by Bollywood superstar Salman Khan and the music company Eros.

The film minted less amount of money than the previous day. This may suggest that the word of mouth may not be working well and may face challenges in faring at the box office during the 1st week days.

Hero two days total collections stand at a total of 13.25 crore nett. Proudced on a limited budget to ensure the return of at least the investment amount. Including overseas, the film’s total collections in two days has crossed the Rs. 20 crore mark.

Now, it’s time for the Hero 3rd day (Sunday) box office collection.

Hero 1st Weekend Collection

Being a Sunday / holiday, the business of the film is expected to increase by a considerable amount. Hero on its third day opened with an average occupancy of around 30-35% which is expected to increase by the late evening and night shows.

Even though it didn’t witness an increase in its business yesterday, it will compensate its budget (Rs. 28 crore) easily and will look forward to earn at least a total of Rs. 50 crore as its lifetime collections.
