Milap Zaveri too worked on the script and Tushar Kapoor, Aftab Shivdasani and Mandana Karimi played the lead roles in the film which has been shot exclusively in exotic locales of Bangkok and Goa.

The movie has been passed through after several discussions and it has been offered 150 cuts and granted A certificate. With 150 cuts in a film, the audience were left confused if they can barely have something to watch and get an entertainer. However, the film released on January 22nd and the movie received decent openings all over.
Though Akshay Kumar’s Airlift dominated all over which released the same day, KKHH 3 managed to collect Rs 20 crores in its first weekend which has been ok. The collections dropped drastically all over on the weekdays and KKHH3 collected Rs 32.5 crores in 10 days of its boxoffice run. The movie has been declared as a flop at the box-office because of its baseless script and senseless comedy.
