Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi: Sharman and Nimisha suddenly enters into the Ishanni’s room when she was preparing the cloths and told her that they want to discuss something with her very urgently, they told her about the mental problem of Ranveer, Ishaani took it as an insult and gets angry. Ishaani targets Nimisha and told that first she is the one who told her to change and now telling that he has mental problem. They assures that they are not lying and Ishaani goes angry of them and told them to stop now. Nimisha tells her about their visit to psychiatrist from where Ranveer is getting himself treated. Sharman and Nimisha insists her to visit the doctor to get the reality in front of them

Nimisha insists Doctor to tell the reality to Ishaani as she is going to marry her. Doctor stopped and tell that RV is very big name in stock exchange. Ishaani and Sharman about to leave the clinic suddenly Nimisha asks the doctor to call the receptionist and inquire about the case #256. Receptionist comes and denies of such information. Nimisha says she had a CD too but RV comes and destroyed it. Ishaani tells Nimisha that she have doubt on her. Nimisha keep talking about the bad image of Ranveer but Ishaani slapped her hard in return.

Real doctor was listening all this and Milan was acting like the doctor. Milan tells the original doctor that his desire is to become a superstar but not like Sanju Bhai rather like Ranveer. Milan took the glasses of Doctor like a goon and tells him that his mind is working like a super genius after wearing them. Milan asks doctor about his favourite hero and doctor replied Shah Rukh Khan. Milan replied that his favourite is Sanjay Dutt and starts laughing. And his pet name is Mallu baba while leaving he gives advice to Doctor to take care of himself.

When they were in the parking Nimisha again insists Ishaani to have some faith in her. And she is doing all this for a genuine reason as her name is also depleting in all this. The incidents happen in the houses of Ishaani and Nimisha are much doubtful. She started crying and begging to Ishaani to not to marry Ranveer, Sharman says that all proofs have turned fake and there is no reason to stop her. Nimisha says only two weeks are left and she must have to do something. Nimisha decided to expose RV in front of Ishaani herself.
Ishaani and RV were standing together, Sharman comes to the home with Nimisha. Nimisha hides behind Sharman after seeing Ranveer. Ishaani goes angry and asks why she is overreacting. Sharman tells Ishaani that Nimisha is here to apologise for her deeds. Ishaani ignored her as she have blamed RV again and again. Sharman requests Ishaani to give her last change. Ishaani agrees and says she will not create any troublesome again.
Meri Aashiqui Tum Se HiRanveer and Ishaani hugs each other saying that no one can separate them and Ishaani apologised to him for the misunderstandings and not too trusting him. Nimisha was grateful to Sharman for supporting her in such a silly task and told her not to think negative about Ranveer and Ishaani as they and their family has done so much good for them. Nimisha goes out of the car and shocked to find nude photos of her send by Ranveer in message, she was about to cry and then Milan comes and told it an advantage of technology and shows her the mobile of RV with him.
