Battle of Britain: Live Stream Info; Prince Harry To Join Veterans

Battle of Britain live stream: Numerous politicians including the new Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn will attend the flypast of 40 Spitfires and Hurricanes and a service of St Paul’s Cathedral. It is conducted to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Britain.

Update: Bad weather conditions have delayed the flypast until 2 pm.

This year, prince Harry will be an exclusive part of it as he will be flying a plane which will be the part of 40 Spitfires and Hurricanes this morning.

Harry is expected to be a part of the flypast of veterans which will fly in the skies of Goodwood Aerodrome in West Sussex. It will witness the maximum number of Hurricanes and Spitfires since World War 2.

The flying route of the aircrafts is decided. They will roam in the skies of the south of England over towns that were bombed by Nazi aircraft in the Battle of Britain. The Britain’s prince will fly a two-seater plane.

Following it, a service will be conducted in London at St Paul’s Cathedral at 11:00. The list of attendee special personalities includes prime minister David Cameron and the new Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn.

At the present times, only 30 Battle of Britain pilots are left alive. They have been nicknamed as “The Few” after Churchill announced to leave the BoB bunker at RAF Uxbridge.
