Nokia C1 Android Smartphone Specifications and Images Leaked

Nokia C1 specifications: The old-age smartphone giant, Nokia is testing itself in the new sphere of smartphones. After sold to Microsoft, it has launched Windows phones but didn’t get huge success. Now, it is planning to launch the very first android phone of itself, named C1. Meanwhile, some of the specifications and images of the upcoming device has been leaked. The sales are expected to start in Q4 of 2016.

The Microsoft has announced the same in early 2016. The long-rumored android smartphone’s images have been leaked. Looking at those pictures, it seems similar to the Xiaomi Mi4i design wise having a normal camera setup at the back-side. Moreover, some alleged press render has shown some of its pictures including the design of or may the iPhone-esque speaker grille at the bottom of the phone. The same thing is available on the Nokia N1 tablet which was released earlier this year.

Well, according to the latest reports being received, the alleged press render images seems to be fake.

Nokia C1 specifications

The Microsoft Nokia C1 specs include a 5.1 inch full HD display while features an 8 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front-facing camera for selfie and video conferencing. Powered by 2GB of RAM and Intel chipset, it runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow according to the leaked reports.

Due to the device and services acquisition by Microsoft, Nokia is bound to release devices under its name until Q4 2016. As stated by the Nokia, it wants to jump back into the smartphone market by licensing designs to hardware manufacturers. The tech giant which once used to dominate the market, lost its position when it decided to play with Windows Phone powered devices instead of Android. The Finnish company will start selling new devices running on Android OS.
