The episode begins with Niddhi coming there. She asks Ishita to hand over Ruhi and take the baby. Ishita looks around and Nidhi asks her to hurry. Ruhi says not to give her to the Niddhi. Ishita cries and takes her to her and takes the baby. Ruhi cries and Nidhi takes her in the car. Ruhi cries saying Ishi Maa, and she sees Ishita kissing the baby.

Abhishek calls the commandos, and they stop the car, but Niddhi doesn’t stop and takes the car to the hill side. Raman rushes to Ishita and gets shocked. Raman recalls Ishita’s words. Ishita asks Raman to save Ruhi. Raman and Ishita go after them, and Ishita says this way goes to the cliff. She asks him to go fast. They see Niddhi’s car falling the cliff and getting blown away. Later Ishita takes the baby to hospital and Manoj the says baby is fine. Raman comes and cries. Raman asks Ishita why did she sacrifice Ruhi and asks Ishita to get back baby to him. He asks her why did she call Abhishek there and she says Abhishek was only helping her. Raman calls her selfish. He tells me you are a stain to mother hood. He asks Amma to take Ishita away from him. He says she proved that she is a step mom at last. Everyone cry.

Ishita goes to the cliff and recall’s Raman’s words. Suraj and Ashok see her and stop. They think that she isn’t Shanaya then. They see Ishita jumping off the clif. Ashok says we couldn’t stop her from suiciding. Abhishek breaks the news to the family and Raman goes to his room and cries.
After seven years, Delhi is shown, and Mrs. Bhalla asks Neelu house, and Neelu gives her. Mrs. Bhalla asks Neelu did she lose any weight. Neelu asks her to run for 30 mins. Mrs. Bhalla says she has run five mins today and says will do more six days. Neelu says only Ishita can win over you and Mrs. Bhalla her not to call out Ishita’s name in the house.
Yeh Hai Mohabbatein 1st April 2016Scenes hifts to Australia where Ishita is seen treating a kid with some dental problem. She tells Panchtantra to make the child forget his pain. A girl comes and says Aaliya. Ishita asks her to wait, and Aaliya says tell Harry Porter story here as this isn’t India. Ishita says whatever may be the truth; sound must reach everyone.
The lady complimented Aaliya on her mother. Ishita started crying to which Aaliyah asked the reason. Ishita was memorizing the words of Raman. Ishita says I am not the best and says she is the words, Mother. She thinks of Ruhi.
