Bairavaa 14th Day Collection 14 Days Bhairava 2nd Wednesday / Week Box Office Report: Iiayathalapathy Vijay’s Bairava has become the first Tamil movie to reach the Rs 50 crore mark worldwide in 2017. The Kollywood movie brava achieved this milestone on Monday.
Bhairavaa, which stars Keerthy Suresh as the female lead, has been written and directed by Bharathan. The movie Bariavaa produced by B Bharati Reddy under Vijaya Productions. The action drama is a perfect family entertainer and youth entertainer movie. The film manages both action and emotions in a great way.

5th day BO collections of Bariavaa: after getting a good opening, the business of Bairavaa on its second day witnessed a downward trend. However, lack of competition helped Bairavaa to draw the audience in big numbers on Saturday and Sunday.
The movie managed to keep a good number of viewers on Monday as well as on Tuesday, which was a holiday in Tamilnadu to mark the birth anniversary of legendary actor and former chief minister MG Ramachandran. Bairavaa was released on over 500 screens and witnessed over 75 percent occupancy in the major theaters across the Tamil state. The state government of Tamilnadu has played a significant role in the business of this Kollywood film by giving 30 percent tax rebate. It resulted in a big boom for Bairavaa. The next big release is Suriya’s S3 aka Singam 3 (may be renamed as C3). It will hit theaters on January 26. Until then, the Tamil movie doesn’t have competition.
The movie got an extended holiday to earn more moolah due to the 100th birth anniversary of MGR. It benefitted the film in the weekdays. The ongoing protests to uplift the ban on Jallikattu affected the business of the flick to some level, especially in Chennai. However, theaters like Vettri Theatres saw an increase in the occupancy up to 60 percent on weekdays.
Unfortunately, Vijay and Keerthi Suresh’s film is affected by the one-day strike called by the various group of the film industry, as theaters across Tamil Nadu remains shut on Friday, January 20. The film’s business has started getting affected due to Jallikattu strike.

Bairavaa’s worldwide distribution rights were sold for Rs 55 crore. The movie should earn over Rs 80 crores profitable business for the distributors.
