Ravi Teja’s Bengal Tiger First Weekend Collections and Earning Report

Mass Maharaj Ravi Teja has come up with his latest movie Bengal Tiger after a debacle like Kick 2 at the box-office. Ravi Teja pinned huge hopes on the movie and even the pre-release business has been quite dull because of the debacle of Kick 2. Sampath Nandi who earlier scored a hit with Ramcharan’ss Racha directed the movie.



The Bengal Tiger movie is said to be a mass entertainer with loads of entertainment. Tamannah and Rashi Khanna played the female leads in the movie and Bengal Tiger released in over 2000 screens across the world in Telugu. With no big releases in the week, the movie opened to packed houses all over and the movie collected Rs 7 crores across the world. The whole movie unit has been surprised with the openings. The movie received mixed response all over on the first day and it has left the makers worried. The movie had a small dip on the second day of its release and the movie collected Rs 3.5 crores across the world.



The entertaining first half of the movie is the major highlight of Bengal Tiger and the second half had many flaws and predictable narration. The songs and the cinematography are said to be the major highlights of the film.

Bheems composed the music and the audio of Bengal Tiger is already on the top of the music charts in Tollywood. Bengal Tiger had a stupendous weekend and the movie collected Rs 6 crores on Saturday and Sunday which has been huge. The makers are quite relaxed as the movie is running with steady collections all over.

Bengal Tiger collected Rs 16.5 crores across the first weekend which has been quite impressive. Ravi Teja’s stupendous performance along with Prudvi and Posani Krishna Murali’s comedy touch are said to be the major highlights of the movie. Tamannah and Rashi Khanna’s glamour is an additional asset for the film along with the music and the grand production values.

The makers have spent huge money for the movie and the movie has done a pre-release business of Rs 30 crores. For the first time in Ravi Teja’s career, the satellite rights fetched huge price. Popular tv channel Gemini tv acquired the satellite rights for Rs 7.5 crores. KK Radha Mohan produced Bengal Tiger on Sri Satya Sai Arts banner.
