Dilwale has released with a greater fame. With collecting over 100 crores in its initial week of release the movie becomes of the highest grosser of the month. But as the time lapses, collections of Dilwale movie keeps on declining and as a result, the collections has remained to only 50 Lakhs per day by the end of 4th Weekend. In the 5th Week, the collections report of Dilwale was not much impressive and the movie could only mint out 5 crores rupees in the 5th weekend.
Received mixed opinions from various movie critics of the industry, Dilwale has successfully sustained its occupancy higher in the India’s cinemas for the first week. As the week passes, the occupancy of Dilwale viewers shifted to competitor movie Bajirao Mastani. Although Dilwale was not able to receive any award at Filmfare awards ceremony, still performances of star cast have touched hearts of many.
