Diya Aur Baati Hum 2nd February 2016: DABH latest episode is out. Sandhya and her team is in Pakistan and are celebrating Republic day. Take a look at what happened during their celebrations. (see: DABH all episodes.)
The episode begins with Sandhya singing Saare Jahaan Se Acha. She forwards her hand and all the officers look hesitant. Sooraj holds her hand and she gets glad and Sooraj asks the officers, why are they going back, he reminds them that they were trained for this and not many get a chance to serve for their country and they hold their hands. Sandhya sees its only 5more minutes and all the officers remove their coats and make a human pyramid and Sandhya removes her police belt, cap and medals and starts climbing and the pyramid falls.

She asks them to do it again as there are only 3 minutes. She climbs to the top and removes the glass box and takes the flag and holds it high and strong. Everyone clap and the officers hug each other and Sooraj hugs Sandhya.
Sandhya raises the flag and everyone salute with respect and Pakistani officers come there with Gul and the officers scold him. Sandhya thanks them and says well done. The officer says to Sandhya, “till officers like you remain, no one can defame your country”. Gul says not to be proud of this win and says you came with love and will leave with enmity and the officers take him away.
Sooraj says a saying and Sandhya agrees to him. He says I couldn’t meet that girl and says I will wait and hope god makes me see her. Arzoo and Resham see Indian flag and smile and salute India’s brave daughter for doing this. Arzoo says she is just like me. Sandhya and Sooraj come back and Bhabho asks them to wait as she gets rid of bad sight.
She welcomes them in and they say we have o many things to say and says everything is fine as we put some weight on. Sooraj says only dressing is different, all the people are same. Chotu comes and hugs Sooraj. Babasa shows Sandhya’s pic in the newspapers in the newspaper and reads the article and they get glad. Babasa also reads a news where Duhan steals everything and runs and Vikram and Meenakshi come home and stop with fear hearing that news.
Arzo’s aunty mehak asks the workers to work fast and Resham asks for the newspaper and says she can’t have tea without newspaper and MEhak says he didn’t come yet. He comes and gives the paper to Mehak and she sees Sandhya’s pic and reads the news. She is Arzoo’s… and calls the Rathi house and Sandhya lifts the call. Resham says no to the newspaper man. Mehak says you were so close to us and why didn’t you come to us.
