Story:
Rishi (Ashwin Babu) is an NRI who lands in India for his friend’s wedding but the wedding gets canceled due to mess because of the bridegroom’s friends. Tejaswi (Tejaswi) who is called as Pinky the friend of bride decides to teach a lesson.
After this Rishi and Pinky meet in a road trip from Vishakapatnam to Hyderabad and Rishi tries to impress Pinky after which some unknown situations reveal the true faces of Rishi and Pinky. Analysis:
The first 50% of the film has loads of entertainment which has been completely fresh and relative. The love story of the film has been narrated engaging and the performances by all the actors make the first half a decent one to watch.
The second half of JathaKalise has a completely different story. After an impressive first half, the 2nd 50% of the film slips out of the track completely. The main plot has been deviated and neglected which is again reminded before the climax. The entertainment levels go down and the climax ends up on a predictable note. The complete secondhalf of Jatha Kalise is a complete misfire.
Performance:
Ashwin Babu has been decent throughout the movie and he has been found imitating many top actors in Tollywood. His comedy timing has been decent. Tejaswi has already proved and has been decent with her character assigned. She will soon make her place among the busiest actresses. Shakalaka Shankar, Sapthagiri, Snighda, Prudhvi bring out the entertainment flavour throughout the movie.
The story of the movie has been thin and predictable. The screenplay of the movie has not been gripping and the dialogues of JathaKalise have just been ok. The music and the background score have been fresh. The production values have been grand and the cinematography has been ok. Though the director managed to come out with a decent first half, the other 50% of JathaKalise falls short to end up decent.
