MTV Splitsvilla 9 Episode 3 25th June 2016: The third episode of the Indian Dating TV reality show ‘Splitsvilla Season 9’ aired today on MTV India at 7:00 PM. It is probably the most anticipated ep in comparison to the last ones as we witnessed the selection of the first ‘Queen’ of the villa.
The first dumping ground of the season held today as well, adding up to the anticipation. In the last episode, we saw Ishaan and Sushant getting eliminated and Abhishek, becoming the first person to contend in dumping stands. This season has come up with various changes. (see: IIFA Awards 2016.)

The lovely pair of Sunny Leone and Ranvijay Singha came back to host another exciting episode of this show. For this first time, the only queen will rule the Villa and not both the queen and the king as there will no king this time. That’s the tagline “Where Women Rule.” (watch: Pro Kabaddi 2016.)

Today, the princesses had the first task which they performed titled “Queen Bee”. It was designed to select the first queen who will run the villa sitting on the throne. They boys were involved in it too as it required their coordination. (check: Udta Punjab collection.)
The first two round went smooth and unnoticed. But it was the third round which caught attention due to some heat. The girls Mayuri Das and Martina Thariyan both gave a stiff competition to win the throne. However, after a great fight, Martina became the queen and got all power to exercise.
After that, Martina’s work started. Her first job was to dump the boys who were already present in the dumping ground. But, there came a twist. It was brought by the Book of the Fortune. Everybody got a peace of mind, as the book asked princesses to save one boy each.
After the decision of the princesses, the queen announced her decision to dump Karan Chabbra and Subhashish. Neeharika felt heartbroken as her connection Subhashish was dumped as per the queen’s decision. So, he had to bid goodbye in the very first dumping ground itself.
It requires a lot more to become the queen and handle the position with care along with ruling the house. After her decision, Martina had to face severe reactions which are not easy to handle. It was a rough, and tough phase and not everyone accepted her.
