Ram Charan Gets A Title For His Next – Rakshak, Thani Oruvan Remake: Mega Powerstar RamCharan had a dream run with his movies during his initial days in his career. He scored massive hits like Magadheera, Racha and Naayak after which his career graph has turned down. He has been quite selective with his movies and his last year’s outing Gonvindhudu Andarivadele ended as just an ok film at the box-office. Krishna Vamsi directed the movie and Kajal Agarwal played the female lead. Bandla Ganesh produced the movie which released for Dasara last year. After exactly an year Ram Charan has been back with his latest movie Bruce Lee.

Srinu Vaitla directed the movie and Rakul Preet Singh played the female lead. Ramcharan played a fighter in the movie and DVV Danayya produced the movie on DVV Entertainments banner. The movie released for Dasara this year and bombed at the box-office. The makers rejected the movie because of the repeated and predictable content.
Even Megastar Chiranjeevi’s cameo could not save the movie which has been released between huge expressions. SS Thaman composed the music for Bruce Lee and Charan too has been blamed for his looks and his expressions throughout the movie as he has not been trying something new.

He is currently busy with his next movie which is currently busy with the pre-production formalities. The movie is said to be a remake of Tamil blockbuster Thani Oruvan.
Jayam Ravi, Aravind Swamy and Nayanathara played the lead roles in the flick which was directed by M Raja and produced by AGS Entertainments. The movie emerged as the biggest hit in Tamil Nadu this year and Ramcharan acquired the remake rights for a whopping price of Rs 5.5 crores.
The movie has been titled as Rakshak and Surendar Reddy has been given the responsibility to direct the movie. The movie is currently in pre-production and Ramcharan too is personally taking care of the script regularly. Sruthi Haasan or Ileana D’Cruz may be finalized to play the female lead in Rakshak and the regular shoot of the film will start from February next year.
Ram Charan Gets A Title For His Next – RakshakThe movie will be launched officially in January 2016. Hiphop Thamiza will compose the music and Allu Aravind will produce Rakshak on Geetha Arts banner. Top producer NV Prasad will present the film and Rakshak will release all over in July next year.
Ramcharan has decided to cut down the expenses and he is taking no remuneration for the movie and he will share the profits after the movie’s release.
