The film featured Posani Krishna Murali, Murali Sharma, Ravi Babu, Jeeva, Ajay , Vennela Kishore, Dhanya Balakrishnan,Prabhas Sreenu, Srimukhi, Madhu and Shakalaka Shankar in the other lead roles. The theatrical trailer of the movie is a huge hit all over and Shravan composed the music for Savitri.

Savitri opened with 60% occupancy all over and the movie has been getting wide response from the audience. The movie has been quite predictable but the entertainment is said to be the major highlight of Savitri. The movie managed to collect Rs 2.8 crores on its first day across the country.
Nara Rohit’s performance along with the stupendous entertainment and family emotions are said to be the major highlights of the film. Rohit pinned huge hopes on the movie and he has been widely promoting the film all over. Pavan Sadineni’s direction and Shravan’s music have been widely praised by the audience.
