Selvaraghavan To Direct Naga Chaitanya: Selvaraghavan is one of the most versatile directors in South Indian cinema and he has a habit of discussing gray shades of a concept in the most realistic way. He could extend his market into Telugu as well because of his nativity which is close to Tamil.

Selvaraghavan is the elder brother of Tamil young superstar Dhanush and he teamed up with his brother for the movie Kaadhal Kondein which ended up as a massive hit impressing the critics as well. His next film 7/G Brundavan Colony ended up as a huge hit which marked the debut of Ravi Krishna.

He then made his moves towards Tollywood and he roped in Venkatesh for a romantic drama Aaduvari Maatalaku Ardale Verule which impressed the audience. All his later movies have been huge hits in Tamil and Selvaraghavan got the image of innovative directors in Tamil.

Young actor Chaitanya has been struggling for success as all his recent movies ended up as debacles at the box-office. He recently wrapped up the shoot of his upcoming release Sahasam Swasaga Saagipo in the direction of Gowtham Vasudev Menon and the movie is gearing up for release during summer this year.

Manjima Mohan is the heroine and AR Rahman is the music composer. Chaitu is currently shooting for his next movie titled Premam which is the remake of Malayalam blockbuster Premam. Chandoo Mondeti who made an impressive debut with Nikhil’s Karthikeya is directing this project which completed 50% of its shoot.

Shruti Haasan, Madonna Sebastian, and Anupama Parameshwaran are the female leads in the movie. Suryadevara Naga Vamshi is producing Premam on Sithara Entertainments banner. The movie will complete all the formalities and will hit the screens during July this year.

As per the latest news we hear, Naga Chaitanya has given his nod for a script narrated by Selvaraghavan which is said to be a romantic entertainer. The movie will be shot simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil languages. Chaitu has been quite excited with the script and he has given his nod for the movie.

The regular shoot of the film is expected to start during the second half of this year. Annapurna Studios will produce the Telugu version of the movie. Chaitu also signed a movie in the direction of Harish Shankar and Krish which will start rolling soon. More details about the movie to be revealed soon.
