Sultan 3rd/4th Day Collection 3/4 Days Sultan 1st Friday/Saturday Box Office Report: With Sultan movie, Salman Khan is back with into Bollywood industry. The total budget of the movie is 90 crore rupees out of which 70 crores were utilized towards the production and shooting costs. 20 crores advanced towards as cost of advertising and printing. Total screen count of the movie was one of the greatest after Bajirao Mastani. The film released on over 5100 screens throughout the world. Among which around 1100 screens were from the overseas market. Not being declared as a tax-free movie in any of the states like Bajrangi Bhaijaan might be a strong point for the filmmakers.

Noticing the craze of last year for Salman’s Prem Ratan Dhan Payo and Bajrangi Bhaijaan, almost every cinema owner decided to screen the talkie. As the points were with the Salman factor all the way, the movie turns out to be tough on expectations. (Also: Eid al-Fitr wishes.)

Satellite rights pre-sold by YRF to Sony Entertainment Television for a huge undisclosed price. The film is expected to have its world television premiere after a month or two. Sony may release the flick first on television through any of its channels.

The movie is expected to run for over 4 weeks on Box office. The crucial part lies within the timeframe of first 5 days. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be the most important. During these 5 days, trade analysts believe that movie will cross 150 crores Domestic collections.

Salman Khan’s PRDP and Bajrangi Bhaijaan was a business of more than 1000 crores in total. Salman Khan is now the most talked about and most loved actor in Bollywood with such tremendous metrics.

The opening show and the evening show of the film were almost full. Many shows were houseful before evening itself but all the night shows are already filled up. Ticket to the movie reaches clouds with whooping prices of more than Rs. 300 for a show in Capital region.

The occupancy during the morning shows were more than 70% which drops a bit to 50% in the noon shows. However, the night and evening definitely went well with over 80% occupancy.

The estimate is taken after analyzing the fact that there is a holiday today in many states and film is running well from the morning. Around 14 crore rupees has been finalized since morning.

Estimated Overseas collections: 120 crores

Estimated Domestic collections: 380 crores

There is a huge craze to watch their favorite film star in every Bollywood fan. All shows of Wednesday and Thursday are expected to run with more than 60% occupancy all the way.

On the Sultan second day, Thursday the occupancy dropped a bit during the morning shows because of the festival celebrations. But with the day goes off, around 70% occupancy has been observed in the main theaters. The movie grows big with houseful shows during night.

On Third Day, occupancy was bit low because of working day. Overall occupancy was around 40%. The movie is expected to grow on the weekend.

Sultan collections will not face any difficulty in the industry and could cross the benchmark of more than 500 crore rupees easily with a month.

According to some reports, Salman Khan has charged whopping amount of 100 crores for the latest Salman starrer. After All, he is the only reason the movie runs that well.
