Initially, the movie released a day before Eid, which helped it to sustain on the both days. On the third day, the collections were bitten down, but craze continues. The fourth day comes with a weekend; weekends are always good for every movie’s earnings in India. Minting out the best from every opportunity, Sultan collection from around the globe successfully crossed 200 crores benchmark.

However, Sultan’s case was different as it passed the same limit in just a span of 4 days. Released with over 4352 exact screen count in India and 1100 screens worldwide. The film observed more than 60% houseful shows in many of the theaters. Occupancy remains all time high.
4 Days Sultan 1st Saturday Box OfficeInitially, the occupancy was around 70% on the opening day in leading cities. The occupancy grows to around 72% on a subsequent weekday. On Friday, there was a little drop of 10% and only 60% was observed. Saturday shows remain houseful in many theaters.

As far, the Saturday shows of the movie show a positive response to the film’s collections. The overseas earnings till now are more than 60 crore rupees of which 50 crores belongs to the first three days.
All metrics are not positive for Salman’s latest release as it was not able to break ‘Happy New Year’ box office earnings on an opening day. The talkie remains third in the list getting laid behind by 44.97 crore day 1 record of Happy New Year and 41.75 days 1 record of PRDP (Prem Ratan Dhan Payo).

Film collected 3.04 million $ (20.5 cr) on day one in overseas which is fantastic considering mid-week release in the overseas market. It’s not usual for a film to perform that well, but it was Eid all around the globe.
The movie collected highest ever opening number in Pakistan beating many Pakistan’s home production films (2.2 cr,3.45 cr PKR) and Gulf (1.4 million $). Film took outstanding start yesterday too, and it collected 37.20 cr net as single screens were a lot better than day one.
The film moreover collected more than 31 crores on Friday seeking that it was a working time in the domestic market.
