Te3n Review: An average movie to watch this weekend – Amitabh Bachchan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui

Te3n (तीन) Hindi Movie is releasing in the theaters worldwide tomorrow. Te3n Review caught critics attention because of having Amitabh Bachchan, and  Nawazuddin Siddiqui together in a single movie after decent time gap.

Te3n Review – Positive Points: Nawaz and Amitabh’s surrogation in leading roles, The movie’s playtime is not over extended like in case of Sarabjit, Vidya Balan’s mysterious role, Fiction and baffling revenge saga

Te3n Review – Negative Points: Not up to the mark – Suspense in Wazir was much better, Weak Plot, Finite to roles of 3 superstars, First half extended worthlessly

Te3n review by Critics

The movie is finally going to come in theaters after getting delayed because of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s movie last month. Te3n is a better film to watch this weekend in all the scenarios for suspense lovers. The movie is entirely based on a story of John Biswas (Amitabh Bachchan) and Martin Das (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) who had lost their daughters in a similar kidnapping case and together went to map the culprit. Sarita Sarkar (Vidya Balan) is the wife of former cop Martin Das, who had decided to find her daughter at any cost.

Amitabh Bachchan and Vidya Balan in a still from movie ‘Te3n’

Te3n opens up with no much hysteria and weak opening. The movie has a definite scope, and one can easily relate quarter percentile story copied from Wazir itself. The movie’s story is adopted from Korean thriller movie Montage, but it doesn’t feel like that director had copied the story will the exactly same thriller and suspense. The film must be a new experience for the Bollywood audience, but the level was not up to the mark.

Te3n Review: Performances and Casts

Amitabh Bachchan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s duo is next to awesome in the film. They both always looks better together than any other different age group combination in the entire industry. The casting for the movie had done perfectly fine, and every character fits his role very well. Productions values are rich despite the fact that Te3n is low on budget film.

The climax is not up to the mark in the movie, and it also has a weak combination of story telling during the 2nd half. The movie loses the track many times, and one who is not watching the film with complete attention could miss the chance to understand the fickle at all. Overall it’s a gratifying film and just for time pass.

All we can say that the responses were mixed from both type of audiences, one loved the movie because of interesting plot and the other finds it annoying and below standards of Senior Bachchan as the primary story lacks significant changeovers. One will need to be in his/her senses to understand the complete story, and usually, the Indian audience doesn’t love such films.

The film’s visuals do the form for a great viewing since the director incorporates remake of Korean film with some changes into the stills of everyday life. The trams, the bells of the cycle, the enough and died down alleys of West Bengal are one of the most positive things about Te3n.

Te3n Review and Rating: The movie is entirely a time pass film and seems not to be enough to work in Industry with such a decent competition.
