A man refuses for a surgery. Ishita says to nurse that she will manage. Ishita pulls his blanket and sees Mani. She says I know you from 7 years now and Mani says you know I am afraid of all treatments. Ishita says you will be treated well and Mani holds her hand and says will you be there in the O.P? She says yes and Aaliya asks him to come out as a winner. Ishita sends him off and asks Doctors. They say Mani will walk again. Ishita hugs Aaliya and smiles.

Amma says she is making a protein shake for Shravan. She says Shravan said he wants protein shakes or else he will eat chicken. Amma says Vandu will not cook all those and says so she is making shakes for him.
Ishita and Aaliya are waiting outside. Aaliya thanks her for begins with her and Appa. Ishita says she is only repaying back for he has done. Flashback shows Ishita jumping off the cliff and Mani saves her. He wakes her up and Ishita asks why did he save her and she runs across the road. He pushes her off from the speeding truck and gets hurt by the truck. Mani looses sense in legs and Ishita hopes to get back his legs with the surgery.
Mrs. Bhalla asks Pihu about the fast and she says she didn’t want to waste food, so she ate chicken. Pihu says she will repent like Parvati in the show did. Pihu says she will go barefoot to the nearby temple and Mrs. Bhalla says the temple is very far. Pihu says she will go by car and from car to the temple, she will go barefoot. Mrs. Bhalla says this is modern repentance and they laugh saying Pihu, a drama queen.
