The episode begins with Adi seeing an old man from the car’s side mirror and rushes to help him. Adi saves the man from getting hit by a bike. The old man thank him and asks his name. Adi says he is Adi Bhalla and is going to his Mother’s Barsi. The man prays for her. Ishita sees Ruhi’s pic and goes for Ruhi’s barsi. Ishita asks the helper to attend the call and the assistant says it is from the hospital. (check: Indians in Panama Papers.)

Amma sees Bhallas doing Ruhi’s barsi. She says she will do Ishita’s barsi. Appa says Pandit is waiting. Amma says Pihu must not know that Ishita is her mum. Adi hears them and gets sad. Shagun and Pihu talk about Ruhaan. (watch: Ye Hai Mohabatein All Episodes.)
Pihu says Ruhaan is a teen sensation in singing. Adi asks them to go home and asks where he should park the car as madrasis have already parked. He asks Pihu to get the keys from them.
Adi hopes that Pihu should see Ishita’s pic today. He thinks Amma might be glad too. Appa sees Pihu and asks what does she need? Pihu asks the keys and Appa gives her Prasad and hides Ruhi’s pic. Appa sings Amma about Pihu. Pihu says wow, who is this beautiful lady and asks why is there a garland on her. Pihu asks Amma is she your daughter. Amma cries.
Ishita collides with a girl and hugs her thinking she is Ruhi. The girl asks her to leave. Ishita sys sorry and asks is she alone. The girl, her mum, is sick, and she has chest pain. Ishita asks her to kiss her mum’s hand and says mum’s pain goes off.
Adi says I miss this aunt and asks her to pray for her. Pihu prays. Amma says we have made favorite dishes of that lady and asks Pihu to have them. They feed Pihu and feel happy. Pihu says id Dadi knows this. Adi says it will be real trouble.
Pihu asks about Shravan as he likes Ruhaan’s songs too. Shravan is seen playing basketball and makes his team victorious. But that’s a dream; Shravan is mind giving water to all players. He looks fat and fluffy. Bala coaches the team and asks Sharav to watch so that he can learn.

He says she should have been at home as it is Ruhi’s barsi. She asks are you not happy seeing me? He says he couldn’t have managed Vivaan and Aaliya with her.
