Because of some internal fault in Amazon AWS Service, more than half of the internet appears to be down. Many websites including Quora, Flippa and almost every major website hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) are down. Earlier this month, we have seen Digitalocean services getting affected because of fault in undersea cable of Singapore which hasn’t been rectified yet.
Many sites use Amazon as primary/ secondary host. Quora use AWS as the only provider to host the website. The services are one of the most loved around the country.
There is no specific time when Amazon AWS Service will restore making Quora and other websites running smoothly. We are waiting for an update from Amazon regarding this concern. You will be able to access this website because of different host.
