Former Judge of Supreme Court of India today said that former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi has got 5000 innocent Sikhs massacred in 1984. Quoting this phase on twitter, Markandey Katju put the direct blame of 1984 genocide to the Former Prime Minister of India.
The developments have been seen after the Govt of India starts removing the stamps containing pictures of Gandhi Family Prime Ministers, Govt of India has signalled this step as a necessary step to give space to every important leader of the history. Markandey Katju has started attacks on Rajiv Gandhi by giving him responsibility of many uncertainties in the history. He said that ” While I am no admirer of BJP Govt, I see nothing wrong in its decision to discontinue postage stamps bearing pictures of Indira-Rajiv Gandhi. Indira Gandhi was a power crazy woman who was willing to go to any extent to hold on to power. She imposed a fake ‘ Emergency ‘ in 1975″
Giving Rajiv Gandhi the responsibility of the 1984 Sikh Genocide in India, Markandey Katju said that ” Rajiv Gandhi was responsible for the massacre of Sikhs in 1984. He got the progressive & humanitarian Shahbano decision legislatively annulled. Rajiv Gandhi sent Indian army to Sri Lanka for no good reason, which resulted in the death of thousands of our soldiers. Because of his ambition, Bose, like Faust sold his soul to Mephistopheles.
