Irrespective of the opening response to Aligarh, the film’s trailer featuring Manoj and Rajkummar got spectacular reviews before the release. The film tells the story of a g*y professor who appears to be heartbroken after having faced humiliation and persecution by university officials and other people.
While, the film – TBL – Dead or Alive featuring Manish Paul in the lead role is a complete contrast to Aligarh. Manish starrer is a comedy flick which is a sequel to 2010 release – TereBinnLaden.
However, both have been very dull today but are expected to gain momentum on the first weekend as predicted by the responses and reviews gained by their trailers. Both the films have strong storylines and weekend can benefit them.
Meanwhile, Neerja starring Sonam Kapoor is ruling the box office with its content. It has been faring on its 8th day now. It is also a biopic made on the life story of Neerja Bhanot who saved hijacking of a plane. Audiences are preferring it over others in the current scenario.
