Indian Idol Junior 2 Winner: Ananya Nanda, a resident of Odisha beat her 2 opponents to become the winner of popular reality TV singing show Indian Idol Junior 2015.
She outshines other 2 finalists who were ‘Nahid Afrin’ and ‘Nithyashree Venkatramanan. Being the winner, Ananya has won the trophy of IIJ and ₹10 Lac contract from the channel itself.
The show’s judge Sonakshi Sinha also expressed her joy and extended her greetings for Ananya on Twitter.

Indian Idol Junior 2 Winner is Ananya Nanda
Ananya is 14 years old and when the results were announced, she was beyond excited for being the winner and said, “This is the best moment of my life. I am speechless. With the training, mentoring and guidance which I got here, I really thank IIJ for all this. I think all my co-contestants deserves to be the winner. I will miss this platform, my training, my friends, Sonakshi ma’am, Vishal Sir and Salim sir”.
The show began back in the month of May and for 15 weeks, participants went through audition rounds and various rounds which tested their singing skills and in the final week, only 3 were left.
This show marked the debut career for Sonakshi Sinha as a judge and she really enjoyed it. She even exclaimed that she added the fun element to this show.
For the grand finale of IndianIdolJunior 2, Kapil Sharma came to the show to enjoy, to make people laugh and moreover, to do the promotion of his upcoming movie, ‘Kis Kis Ko Pyar Karun’.
Even ‘Shatrughan Sinha’ also gave a surprising entry at the much awaited grand finale.
The grand finale also featured a special performance by the pretty judge, Sonakshi Sinha on the song, “Haftey Mein Chaar Shanivaar” from movie ‘All is Well’.
