However some of the filmmakers have been making films irrespective of earning money and one such respectable producer is Prasad V Potluri who owns PVP Cinema.
With more half a dozen big films in his hand, he has been experimenting with films and making movies on a limited budget. One such movie which received an exceptional response is Kshanam. Talented actor Adivi Sesh caught everyone’s glimpse with Panja starring Pawan Kalyan in which he played the negative male lead in the film.

He then worked for other films and he impressed the audience with his superb performance in Sharwanand’s Run Raja Run after which he played a crucial role in SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali: The Beginning. He has been working on a script for some time and he penned a storyline after which he discussed it with his friends. He teamed up youngster Ravikanth Perepu and started working on the script for over a year.

Adivi Sesh and Ravikanth Perepu approached Prasad V Potluri with the concept of Kshanam which excited him. The movie is a perfect thriller and is about a kidnapped girl and the complete film is about the search for the girl.
Kshanam has been made on a budget of Rs 1.1 crores and the makers spent Rs 1.1 crore for promoting the movie. Adivi Sesh, Adah Sharma, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Vennela Kishore and Satyam Rajesh played the lead roles in this thriller and the theatrical trailer created a huge buzz on the movie. The film released all over on February 26th across the world.
Kshanam received a stupendous response from the multiplex audience and the movie has been declared as a super hit all over. The huge positive word of mouth has been extremely strong and the makers have promoted the movie quite well which reached to the next untouchable stage.

With no big releases around the movie is expected to do wonders in terms of commercial figures for the budget on which it has been made. Prasad V Potluri produced the movie under PVP Cinema banner.
Kshanam collected Rs 3.2 crores in 6 days of its box-office run. The satellite rights of the movie have been rumored to be sold out for Rs 4 crores and the movie will soon be made in Bollywood and in Tamil, Kannada languages.
