Mahesh Babu Signs A New Film With AR Murugadoss: Superstar Mahesh Babu is currently quite delighted as his last movie Srimanthudu ended up as a massive hit at the box-office. After back to back debacles like Aagadu and 1-Nenokkadine, Mahesh teamed up with Siva Koratala for a family entertainer with a strong social message which released on August 7th during his birthday. Shruti Haasan played the female lead and Devi Sri Prasad composed the music. The movie ended up as the highest grosser among Mahesh’s films and Srimanthudu is the second highest grosser in Tollywood after Baahubali. Mythri Movie Makers produced the movie and the concept of village adoption has been well accepted by the audience.

He is currently shooting for his upcoming summer release and the film has been titled as Brahmotsavam. Talented filmmaker Sreekanth Addala is directing this family entertainer which has been made on a budget of Rs 60 crores. The film has a huge star cast and Samantha, Kajal, Praneetha are the female leads in Brahmotsavam.
The movie has now completed 80% of its shoot and the movie will be wrapped up by the mid of March. Mickey J Mayor is the music composer and Prasad V Potluri is producing the movie on PVP Cinema banner. Brahmotsavam has been slated for release all over on May 6th
Mahesh surprised everyone by signing a movie in the direction of Tamil director AR Murugadoss. The movie is said to be an action thriller which will reveal a strong social message. The film will start rolling from April 12th and the female lead along with the other cast is currently being finalized currently.
The movie is said to be shot in Telugu, Hindi and Tamil languages simultaneously and is made on a budget of Rs 100 crores. Top producers Tagore Madhu and NV Prasad are producing the movie and AR Murugadoss is leaving no stone unturned to turn the movie big as he has a performer like Mahesh on board.
There were lot of rumors from the past few years that Mahesh will team up talented director Gowtham Menon but the project never took place. Now once again the movie is back on to news but we have a confirmation about the project.
Veteran filmmaker Ashwini Dutt who produced many big budget movies joined hands with Mahesh Babu and Gautham Menon for a romantic entertainer which will start rolling from November. The filmmaker confirmed the news that the script of the film has been locked and the movie will have its release during summer next year. More details to be revealed soon.
