Nara Rohit’s Thuntari (Tuntari) Postponed: New Release Date Out

Tuntari Release Date Postponed: Young actor Nara Rohit has been introduced with the support of Nandamuri family but he traveled in his own path. He made his debut with Baanam and the movie ended as a critically acclaimed film which made Nara Rohit popular. He then came up with Solo which is said to be a sensible family entertainer. Parasuram (Bujji) directed the movie and Nisha Agarwal played the female lead in the movie. Though some of his next projects failed to impress the audience he ended up with critically acclaimed films which even won reception from the award givers.

Tuntari Release Date

His movie Okkadine failed to make any impact but his next movie Prathinidhi received wide applause for the innovative concept. Even Rowdy Fellow was a huge hit all over which has been directed by Krishna Chaitanya.



Vishaka Singh played the female lead and Rohit essayed the role of a powerful cop in the movie. He has been criticised as he gained huge weight during his career. He revealed that he will come up with a six pack soon. Then came Asura which ended as a decent entertainer directed by Krishna Vijay. He then wrapped up movies like Sankara, Pandagala Vachaadu which could not make it for the release.

He has been shooting for back to back films and as per the latest news we hear he has been busy with 9 projects currently and some of them are currently in post-production. He recently wrapped up the shoot of Thuntari which is gearing up for a massive release.

The movie is said to be a remake of Tamil blockbuster Maan Karate. AR Murugadoss provided the story of the film and Kumar Nagendra who directed Gundello Godari and Joru in the past directed this remake. Lata Hegde played the female lead in the movie which is coming up with the tag line Destiny Vs Hardwork.

Tuntari Release Date

Thuntari has been initially slated for release on March 4th. But with movies like Manchu Manoj’s Shourya, Naga Shourya’s Kalyana Vaibhogame, Guntur Talkies and other films, the makers decided to move for March 11th as the date would be comfortable for release.

Sai Karthik composed the music and the audio of Thuntari is already a massive hit. Ashok and Nagarjuna produced the movie on Sri Keerthi Films banner. Nara Rohit pinned hopes on the film and the recently released theatrical trailer received wide response from the audience all over.
