Prison Break Season 5: Only two more episodes are left for this installment. The next episode 8 is releasing next week. With its penultimate segment, the show is nearing its end. It means that the series has to tie everything in a well-sorted manner, quickly. The biggest question is how Michael and others are going to make home safely.

What if the FOX TV network is planning to kill Michael once again? It will be a riot. The upcoming segment is titled ‘Progeny’ and it seems to be an interesting title. The episode may have some sort of link between Michael and his son. It’s because the word Progeny implies a close similarity between a parent and their child.

Is that title mean anything to Sara and her son? Or it’s some other clue to something else in the story? Well, we would get to know what exactly it means in the forthcoming episode. Until then, it is safe to presume that it signals that legacy is probably very important as some characters will start looking to their future.
And their events will lead to the finale. The Prison Break 5x8 synopsis has been released and mentioned below.
“When Sara and her son’s safety is threatened, Michael and Lincoln recruit the help of Sheba and C-Note to try and catch Poseidon. Meanwhile, Whip goes on a separate mission and T-Bag reveals a secret.”
This episode has the greatest challenges of almost any single one this season. One of the reason is that it has to build the story for its end. Thus, it has to set some real wheels in motion. It may possibly mean that there is more in the future. However, nothing is confirmed yet.
With that being said, the show has to find out a perfect way to close off the chapter in the best way possible if or not the show is planning for next seasons. One more important question is that who is this Poseidon? What exactly does he need from Michael?
And going by the PB S5E8 promo, it seems that Sara’s current husband is the Poseidon.
