Raising Dion Season 3 Renewed?: You’ve already seen Season 1 and Season 2 of Raising Dion on Netflix, so you are probably anxious to know what will happen next. The second season introduces some new characters with new powers, brings back an old villain, but most importantly gives us an intriguing glimpse at the future to come! Fans are dying for more episodes!
These are the eight episodes that makeup Season 2 of Raising Dion, which was released on Feb. 1, 2022. There were some new characters introduced with new powers in this season and an old villain came back to wreak havoc once again. The story definitely leaves room for another season so it could be a few months before we hear about what’s going on with Season 3 status-wise!
Raising Dion Season 3 Release Date
Netflix has yet to announce that Raising Dion is renewed for another season, but considering the storyline leaves room for one it may take some time before we hear anything about whether or not they plan on making more episodes! You may want to know what will happen next in Raising Dion, but Netflix hasn’t yet commented on the show’s renewal status. The first season premiered in October 2019 and was renewed three months later; we could be waiting a few more months before Season 3 is announced.
Raising Dion Season 3 Official Premiere Date
Despite the first season of Raising Dion premiering on Netflix in January 2020, it wasn’t until February 2022 that Season 2 was released. The main factor for this wait is undoubtedly COVID-19, but there were also many other reasons including the cast’s growth and their desire to do more intense work. Plus advancing a couple of years quickly helped with world-building because it allowed for BIONA to return as an established training facility for superpowered youth.
That said since there’s no official confirmation about whether or not Raising Dion will be renewed for Season 3 (which may happen), none of its members has been confirmed yet as returning cast members.
Raising Dion Season 3 Cast
Raising Dion hasn’t yet been renewed officially; thus none of its cast members has been confirmed so far to be returning either way in next season 3 (2019). Yet we can confidently assume all three performers will return: Young, Wainwright and Ritter.
What can viewers expect in Season 3 of Raising Dion?
Now that Dion, Tevin, and Janelle have teamed up for one battle with BIONA’s own in-house superhero squad, we’re excited to see them all fighting again. We hope they’ll be training together as well! Maybe this time Nicole will train alongside them too. What are her first priorities now that she’s regained custody of her son? To keep him safe is the obvious answer but even Dion’s own mother cannot deny he has a lot of potential now- something she is trying to protect by keeping him out of the public eye.
There’s Pat who got his superpower back at the end of season 2 which means he might go rogue with it leaving destruction behind which BIONA would need to clean up if they want any peace! If I had to guess what happens next on Raising Dion I think you know where this is going…let me just say that third seasons are always guaranteed ;).
Season 3 of Raising Dion will likely include a number of the same people as Season 2, such as Dion’s mother Janelle and his friends Tevin and Nicole. Stories from Season 2 would also be carried over into this third season, including Pat gaining new superpowers that he’ll want to try out.
