He has been scoring back to back hits in his career and his movies cross the Rs 300 crore mark much easily now when his fellow actors have been struggling to score a massive hit. His movies have been made on massive budgets, and Khan has been charging huge remuneration for his films. His last film Bajrangi Bhaijaan has been a huge hit all over, and the movie ended up as the second highest Indian grossed movie in the history of Bollywood.
Salman Khan in Dhoom 3 and Race 3
Sallu is currently playing the lead role in his upcoming action entertainer titled Sultan. The movie is being directed by Abbas Ali Zafar. The film showcases Salman as a wrestler, and he has been working out on his physique for some time. (watch: Sultan Trailer.)
Sallu Mia wrapped up 60% of the shoot till date, and the movie has been slated for Eid release this year. The recently released first look teaser is a huge hit all over and Anushka Sharma is playing the female lead in the movie, and Aditya Chopra is bankrolling the project on Yash Raj Films banner.
‘Dabangg’ Khan has never been seen in a negative role till date though his fellow actors essayed such roles. After doing back to back commercial entertainers, Salman has now been showing interest in such roles, and he has been discussing the possibilities of such roles with his close aides and well-wishers.
If everything goes fine, he will be seen in a negative lead in two big budget films next year. He will essay the negative lead in the fourth installment of the most popular Dhoom series titled Dhoom 4 and in Race 3 which is a stylish action thriller.
Vijay Krishna Acharya who directed Dhoom 3 is working on the script for the fourth instalment and the talks are on about Salman playing the antagonist in the film. The Bollywood Superstar is also in talks with the makers of Race 3 for the negative lead role and the movie will be produced by Ramesh Taurani.

Aditya Chopra, who is producing Sultan, will create Dhoom 4, and they have frequently been interacting about the possibilities of Salman essaying the role of the antagonist in the movie. Sources also revealed that the ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ star has been quoting a bomb as remuneration for the roles which is not comfortable for the makers to close the deal as of now.
We have to wait and see if we can see Salman Khan in the negative role soon.
