Lawrence Bishnoi has claimed the responsibility of killing Punjabi singer and rapper Sidhu Moose Wala. A page run by Bishnoi Gang on Facebook posted the message that Goldy Brar – a Canadian terrorist took the responsibility for Sidhu Moose Wala’s murder.
Goldy Brar is a Candian Gangster currently wanted by Punjab Police in a number of murder cases. He is active in Punjab’s Bhatinda and Malwa regions. If Goldy Brar was found guilty of killing singer Sidhu Moose Wala, he is most likely be tagged as a ‘terrorist’.
On 1st May 2022, Punjab Police Anti-Gangster Task Force (AGTF) arrested three close aides of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and Canada-based gangster, Goldy Brar, from Bathinda.
The close aides of Goldy Brar were planning to attack a well-known businessman of the Malwa region to extort money from him. Police Recovered two .30-caliber pistols, two .32-caliber pistols along with 20 cartridges, and a white i20 car from their custody. An FIR has been registered and further investigation is on.

Lawrence claims himself to be a Student leader, but his actions state otherwise. Per Indian Police and Law, he is a dreaded gangster which is why he has been put behind the bars. Bishnoi hails from Abohar Punjab, and is reported to have been operating his criminal activities behind bars too.

Lawrence got to fill the gap created after the death of Rajasthan’s gangster, Anandpal Singh. The locals in the Punjab state of India supports him because it’s his home state. He has been associated with Haryana because of education. Lawrence has maintained strong contacts within the Bishnoi community which is largely spread in Rajasthan and Haryana. Lawrence Bishnoi Crime History
He was born to Lavinder Bishnoi, a Punjab Police constable. As a baby, Lawrence had a milky white complexion, that’s why his parent gave him an English name. His school level education was done at the local Convent school in Abohar. His parents hail from Rajasthan.
Lawrence belongs to a family with a well to do background. After his schooling, Bishnoi moved to Chandigarh to pursue his graduation from DAV College. He did participate in a number of sports activities in the college time. He came across some college buddies and formed a gang for student politics as per the reports.
To become the leader of Student politics in college, Lawrence contested the election, but he lost. In the defeat’s aggression, he fired. The fight between the two groups became a common phenomenon. And, one day, a simple quarrel turned into a gang war. Sector 11’s case is the first one to have been filed on his name.
Since that day, Lawrence became infamous because of firing and police cases. It turned out to be his turning point. Reportedly, his cousin was killed/murdered by opponent/enemy’s group, so fled from the police custody while he was being transported to court as he was due to appear.
After fleeing police custody, Lawrence Bishnoi went to Nepal and purchased sophisticated weapons. While searching for his cousin’s murderers, he was caught by the police, and taken to Faridkot police station. It is said that he operates his gang from Faridkot jail. There has been cases against Lawrence for murdering or attempting to murder of a Jodhpur Doctor, Financer, and a travel agent.
There are unconfirmed reports saying that Lawrence killed Anandpal’s enemies, and after that Anandpal’s gang members merged into Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang. As of 2022, Lawrence Bishnoi is in Jodhpur Police custody.
