After a series of very bad results, Man United have been in a lot of pressure and their manager have no excuses apart from saying that most of his first team players are injured, with the likes of Chris Smalling, Marcos Rojo and Matteo Darmian injured in the defense, youngsters have to step forward but haven’t shown any quality at all.
Bastian Schweinsteiger have been banned for three matches by the FA and the captain Wayne Rooney is also injured. Youngsters like Paddy McNair, Borthwick-Jackson and Varela are playing in the defense and haven’t really shown any kind of quality and the team has suffered a lot in defense in the recent games although players like Jese Lingard, Martial and Depay have been playing good in the attack but haven’t been able to find those crucial goals when needed.
These are some of the factors that have degraded United’s defense in the recent times but I’m sure they will bounce back and show what Man United can do.
Norwich City got promoted this season from the Championship but have not performed up to the mark and thus are still in the relegation zone with just 14 points in the 16 games played, they have won one, drawn twice and lost twice in their last five games in the league.
They played Everton last time in the league and was able to manage a draw against them. Lukaku scored the opener in the 15th minute but after several attempts Norwich was able to equalize in the 47th minute as Wes Hoolahan scored and the match ended in a draw.
