BMW has updated its latest to be launched bike G310R with a new colour scheme. The G310 R and G310GS of BMW will be launched in India on July 18, 2018. As a part of 2019 update, Bavarian Motor Works has introduced a new Racing Red paint finish in the G 310 R range.

Moreover, HP Motorsport paint finish (Pearl white metallic with HP lettering) will be featured on the BMW G310R. Besides it, the original Strato Blue metallic color will be disposed of and won’t be available in future. Along with it, Cosmic Black color would be made available.

The new paint schemes will be released in India with the launch of the bike in this month. The bike was unveiled in the Auto Expo 2018 alongside BMW G310 GS. Both the bikes are powered by 313cc, liquid cooled, single cylinder engine with four valves and a DOHC cylinder head as on TVS Apache RR 310.

The bike’s engine has been connected to a six-speed gearbox which produces 34hp of power and 28 NM of peak torque. The G310 series has got tubular steel frames, five-spoke alloy wheels, and ABS as standard features.

The BMW G310R and G310GS price haven’t been announced yet. But, we are expecting it to be priced at around Rs. 3 lakh and Rs. 3.5 lakh respectively. The company is making these bikes in collaboration with TVS. They are being produced at TVS plant at Hosur, Tamil Nadu.

A few weeks ago, the BMW G310GS was spotted on the Indian roads for the first time being carried on a flatbed pickup truck on Chennai-Bangalore highway.

The Motorrad lineup includes S1000RR, R1200GS, F750GS, F850GS, R nineT, R nineT Scrambler, R nineT Racer, and K1600B being sold in India.
