Yeh Hai Mohabbatein 24th January 2016: The episode begins with Shagun talking about Pallavi to Ishita, Raman, and Manoj. She says that Pragati came to file domestic violence case against her husband though she didn’t tell her husband’s name. Raman asks that is she sure and did she see her well. Shagun confirms it. Ishita says she too has seen her hurt when she went to their house. On being asked, Pallavi and Chadda cooked up a story. She further added that Pallavi was tensed as maybe she was trying to escape when she came in front of a car. Tusshar saw her too. Raman points out that according to Shagun the lady’s name was Pragati, maybe Pallavi is someone else.

Ishita says that she might have changed her name. Chadda is our lawyer, says Raman and they can’t take the risk. Pallavi will get comfortable with her and find out the truth and then they can help her. Manoj agrees and they all leave. Raman and Ishita reach home and find Ruhi crying. Ruhi complaints that they don’t love her and ask where did they go? Ishita denies and says that Shagun wanted to have pani puri so they went there. (see: All Episodes of YHM.)
Raman and Ishita confront her and Raman says I love Ishita like Romeo loved Juliet. Ruhi asks her not to be like Romeo as Chadda uncle said the same but she twisted hand of Chadda aunty leaving Ishita and Raman in shock. Chadda questions Pallavi why she went to party lying to him that she was unwell. Pallavi says that Ishita insisted with tears coming out. Chadda says that she could have refused.

She denies but apologizes on further threatening. Raman comments that Chadda loves his wife and is possessive. Ishita says that she is afraid of what happens behind the scene. Raman says that he knows that she will definitely help Pallavi but ask her to be careful as Chadda was his professional mate. Pallavi’s promises him that she won’t take any sudden step and sleeps.
It’s morning time now and Amma says she will cook food and ask Vandu to relax.Vandu says she is already done with breakfast. Everyone sits and about to have food when Amma stops Vandu saying that she will make something for her.

She tastes the food and says it is too salty and spits it.Amma says the food is fine and Shravan says it to be best food and have it giving a hug to Vandu. Adi while leaving tells Raman that his friend called him for a sleepover. Raman says it’s good that Adi’s friend called him, his father got his words well. Romi says to Mihika that he will get his bag. Mihika says that she came to check if he is ready they can go office together.
Romi says thanks and gifts her as he is gleeful for what she did for her. Ishita says her to check it and founds a gold chain and pendant.Romi says that it is not expensive but Mihika finds it beautiful.Sarika arrives while Mrs. Bhalla praises her that she found the talent in him against the odds and blesses her. Mihika says that Romi is talented and is bound to go high.
Mrs. Bhalla says it a big thing to change someone’s life for good in the world where people usually try to do the opposite. Romi and Mihika take a leave .Mrs. Bhalla tells Neelu to not to make anymore paranthas.Sarika gets irritated, thrashes the plate and leaves. Mrs. Bhalla blames her fire ruining Romi’s life calling her unlucky.
Ishita asks Raman why he is not going for work today. Raman says that he is thinking to work from home. She asks shall she invite Chaddas for lunch so that she could know more of Pallavi and help her. She promises that she will only observe. Raman agrees and calls Chadda hoping that he was free.
