Alec John Such is better known as the bassist who was the key person behind founding Bon Jovi. Bassist Alec John Such funeral is likely to be held in New York. Alec John Such was 70-year-old and he passed out of natural death (cause/reason).
Bon Jovi members confirmed the news on Sunday afternoon. As a tribute to him, Bon Jovi members curated a graphic poster dedicated to their founding member. He was born in Yonkers, New York to a Christian family on 14 November 1951.
Alec will be recalled as the ‘pillar of the group’. He kept the Bon Jovi together for years and reunited the band in 2018. Bon Jovi was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2018.
Such was replaced by Hugh McDonald when he left the band. McDonald spared moments earlier to explain his relationship with Bon Jovi.
“When Jon Bon Jovi called me up and asked me to be in his band many years ago, I soon realized how serious he was and he had a vision that he wanted to bring us to, and I am too happy to have been a part of that vision,” McDonald said.
McDonald continued: “These guys are the best. We had so many great times together and we wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for those guys. Love them to death and always will.”

Alec had no funeral, he was cremated. His ashes are soon to be scattered over the ocean as per his wishes.
